Remote Project Coordinator
We are seeking a part-time Project Coordinator who can work remotely to help manage one of our client projects. Candidates should be familiar with event coordination, outgoing, self-starters with an interest and knowledge of the media industry including traditional and social influencers, popular shows and thought leaders. This is a role for someone with a degree of creativity and latitude and the successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables are met. Minimum of 5 hours a week, during the workday.
This is a coordinator role that involves handling sales-oriented tasks and displaying a high level of professionalism. The candidate will assist with pitching client projects, maintaining client relations, overseeing pipeline The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the company databases and talent grids.
This is a great role for a go-getter interested in the entertainment industry. Prior sales experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with all relevant project stakeholders.
Manage the relationship with the client.
Draft, edit, and send email/letter pitches.
Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope and on-time.
Create and update the project's pipelines.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
Proven working experience in sales and project management.
Has experience working remotely.
A go-getter mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in drafting and sending pitch letters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Expertise in all Google Drive programs, specifically, Google Sheets.
Preferred Experience:
2-4 years of sales and event experience.
Required Education:
BS/BA in Business Administration or Marketing
Certification in Sales
