Overview of the Position:
AMF Media is an entertainment and influencer marketing company that's worked with the spectrum of influencers. We recently launched a beta of our BIPOC micro-creator platform, Neufluence, which helps brands discover and broker campaign deals. We are looking for a remote, part-time assistant to work remotely assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a great job for a student that can extend into the school year and after graduation.
JOB OBJECTIVES
AMF Media is offering a remote, part-time assistant role to work closely with the CEO on business development, existing projects, time-consuming administrative tasks, and team management. The role is a gatekeeper to the CEO and provides a lot of room for growth within the organization and especially with our new product, Neufluence. The candidate should be a go-getter, critical thinker, problem solver with solid written, and communication skills. Candidates should also have knowledge of influencer marketing, interest, and familiarity with digital, pop culture, and entertainment trends.
PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CANDIDATE
A strong, fearless go-getter with an outgoing personality.
Can take on tasks independently as well as in a team environment.
Skilled in customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
Great communicator.
Strong knowledge of Google Drive programs: Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Has knowledge of influencer marketing and entertainment industries.
Experience in researching and creating reports
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing client accounts and new business.
Email communication with the team, clients, partners, and vendors.
Ensuring tasks within our roadmap is completed.
Managing and updating spreadsheets and databases.
Miscellaneous research.
Onboarding and assisting with managing interns.
Assisting with pitching and business development.
Miscellaneous tasks.
Experience:
• Administrative Assistant experience in an office setting.
• Advanced computer experience: Microsoft Excel (including knowledge of spreadsheets), Word (including redlining), Internet
Education:
College degree or pursuing a college degree
