Associate Producer

Seeking a New York City-based Associate Producer to help move film and television projects, special projects, and day-to-day company priorities forward. This role combines creative development with hands-on production coordination and operational execution. It is suited to someone who brings strong creative judgment, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities
• Research stories, projects, talent, and potential collaborators; turn findings into clear, useful recommendations.
• Support film and television development, including preparing and refining pitch decks and other project materials.
• Coordinate production tasks, schedules, deliverables, and follow-up across collaborators.
• Support talent outreach and maintain organized records of conversations and next steps.
• Help execute special projects from early research through delivery.
• Keep project trackers, materials, and day-to-day operations organized so priorities translate into completed work.

What you bring
• Relevant experience in development, production, coordination, or a comparable role with meaningful project responsibility.
• Strong research, writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
