Your Role:
The Regional Office Coordinator assists with operations of MPR facilities in all Greater Minnesota locations, communicating to internal and external stakeholders.
This position takes an active role in the budget process and works closely with the financial analyst and Regional Director for maintenance, reconciliation and forecasting of network station budget revenue and expenses.
This position coordinates and executes select, strategic MPR events and trade/partnership activities, identified by the Regional Director to reach Greater MN audiences and achieve company goals by extending our three services and brand.
This role provides general administrative support to the Director of Regional Network Stations and their staff.
This is a benefit-eligible part-time role, 24 hours a week. This is an on-site position.
Expected Compensation Range: $24 - $25/hour. Exact hourly rate determined by experience and education related to the role, organizational compensation structure and internal equity.

Position Responsibility:
• Monitor network station combined revenue budget and combined expense budget as well as separate revenue and expense budgets for: Bemidji, Duluth, Moorhead, Collegeville, and Rochester. Maintain and track internal expenses to budget accordingly. Assist Regional Network Director to forecast and update fiscal year budgets.
• Communicate with MPR billing/revenue. Handle collections, as needed.
• Purchase office supplies and/or equipment for regional facilities; work with vendors. Process invoices and payment requests. Input Purchase Orders, Continuing Purchase Authorizations for all network station facility expenses.
• Coordinate and execute audience facing MPR events and trade/partnership activities as identified by the Regional Director, from set-up to take-down, that will extend our three services and brands in the Bemidji region.
• Provide support and assist with administration of office/studio sites in Greater Minnesota locations including annual and compliance processes.
• Provide feedback on broadcast program flow, local breaks, levels and traffic. If problems are noted outside of office hours, call ICC.
• Support the Bemidji studio rental process and on-site services needed by outside broadcasting companies.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies in Bemidji office.
• Greet/interact with visitors and respond to member/listener queries.
• Assist other Greater MN locations as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 of administrative support or similar work experience with general office administrative duties, including budget expense tracking. Good attention to detail.
• Experience in planning and staffing events preferred.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Associate Degree preferred.
