Paid Intern - Casting

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

Amblin Partners, a leading entertainment company, is seeking an Intern in the Casting Department. Position will be located on site in Universal City, CA.
To be considered, candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university, working towards a BA/BS degree preferably with an entertainment focus. Preference will be given to those candidates entering into their Junior or Senior year in Fall 2022.
Position will run for 8 weeks, Monday through Thursday, beginning June 21st.
As a paid intern, you will learn about the casting process from beginning to end. If we are not currently working on a specific role, we will use previous projects to demonstrate the process. Day to day responsibilities will include answering phones, reading scripts and creating script breakdowns, assisting in creating actor lists, pulling demo scenes for actors, and help with office and organizational tasks.
This is a great opportunity to get real hands on casting experience.
