Amblin Entertainment, located in Universal City, seeks an Executive Assistant to support a senior level executive in a highly collaborative business environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Read and route correspondence, drafts responses as needed
Efficiently manages calendar including continuous shifting of meetings and schedules
Coordinates both domestic and international travel
Reconciles expenses in a timely manner
Provides leadership and guidance to other staff members
Manages multiple projects under time constraints while maintaining a high-level attention to detail
Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Highly proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to anticipate and analyze problems and create solutions
Must possess a professional demeanor with both internal and external clients
Consistent high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Able to work overtime hours as needed to include ''on call'' capacity
Experience:
Must have 3+ years' experience (excluding internships) supporting a President/C-Level/Senior Executive in a fast-paced studio, network, agency, media focused company.
