Want to join a team that's pioneering a new way of hiring top talent across Amazon?
Do you spike on Customer/Candidate Obsession?
Does the prospect of working with a fun and diverse team of A-players excite you?
If your answer to these questions was ''yes'', you just might be the next ACE up our sleeve.
Amazon Central Events (ACE) is in the process of building an independent, self-contained, nimble recruiting team operating agnostically for Amazon rather than for specific assigned businesses. This team will hire fungible Software Development Engineers using an event and blitz hiring model to tackle a variety of demands across multiple geographies and business teams, with placements based on candidate choice.
On this team, the Technical Event Recruiter will focus in the areas of candidate talent search and engagement, as well as have the freedom to experiment to improve our candidate experience and recruiting strategies. Each member of the team will help to build a culture that is both collaborative and innovative.
Successful candidates should be able to manage talent searches on a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics, as well as understand how to prioritize with tight deadlines.
Our team culture is goal-oriented, fast paced, and fun! We are motivated by the challenge (and success) of hiring exceptional talent to join our company.
Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer - Female/Minority/Disability/Veteran/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation
