Summary of Position:

The Studio Manager will oversee booking processes, manage studio utilization, and ensure a seamless intake experience for clients. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex tasks with minimal guidance.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Manage booking processes for Studio126 alongside the Programming Manager, including meeting invites, studio access, and guest arrival logistics; coordinate with onsite facilities management and security as needed
• Proactively anticipate needs and complete complex bookings quickly while managing multiple artist teams simultaneously, often with minimal guidance and maintaining strict confidentiality
• Schedule and lead pre-production calls with stakeholders to review studio and production needs
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests to address potential booking conflicts effectively
• Partner with production crew and Studio126 Production Manager for day-of activation support, ensuring smooth operations during load-ins and other critical tasks
• Have a working knowledge of audio and video production coordination to assist with incoming productions
• Interface regularly with a diverse range of clients, including high-level stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication and discernment when involving additional team members
• Provide tours of Studio126 when scheduled
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of professional experience with Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with a project management tool, such as Workfront or Asana
Compensation:
The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year to $107,200/year, depending on geographic market and the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation, such as equity, sign-on payments, and benefits, may be included as part of the total package.
