The Global Brand Marketing team within Amazon Music is looking for a driven and dynamic Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to lead global integrated go-to-market campaign strategies and executions for cross-site marketing events such as Prime Day and Holiday. As the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, you will bring prior experience developing and executing bar-raising global integrated marketing campaigns. You have a proven track record mobilizing cross-functional teams, planning campaigns and marketing events, and delivering results, plus a drive for testing, learning and making insight- and data-driven decisions. You will need to possess an entrepreneurial ability to try new and different things with minimal direction. Overall, you will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, and establish best practices for Amazon Music.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage the planning process and calendar for high-impact marketing events that can drive interest, adoption, growth, and engagement for Amazon Music
• Define and lead overall global go-to-market strategy for critical marketing and brand-defining cross-site marketing events for Amazon Music, including creation of goals, approach, positioning, brand management, creative guidance, communications plan, channel plan, and engagement strategy
• Work collaboratively with various global teams and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and overall success
• Create and own goals and performance metrics for marketing events; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement
• Drive the development of cross-discipline plans by working closely with and gathering inputs from all internal global stakeholders including, but not limited to, Amazon owned and operated, Acquisition, Engagement, Social, PR, Legal, Research, Creative, Prime, Cross Channel Marketing, Prime Video, and other relevant teams
• Identify assets needed for each event/initiative and communicate to relevant team(s) in a timely manner for on-time delivery and launch; build workback schedules to support each deliverable
• Act as a leader and ''catalyst'' who inspires others to deliver bar-raising, best in class ideas and plans at a global scale, eliminating barriers that may work against this goal
• Bring big ideas to the table, obtain buy-in and effectively and efficiently implement ideas at scale
• Present to leadership regularly to update on key metrics and progress to goals; set mechanisms to operationalize timely global status updates for events
• Cultivate positive relationships with partners and relevant global stakeholders to forward our position
• Help define the success metrics and improve marketing roadmap by communicating opportunities and partner feedback to cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement in digital music operations

Qualifications
• 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
• Integrated marketing background with an ability to understand customers, key segments, and differentiated position to craft creative and unique campaigns that drive performance
• Exemplary core planning and project management skills, with strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean and demanding work environment
• Ability to successfully navigate ambiguity, drive prioritization, and invent scalable process mechanisms
• Ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously and drive complex, highly visible projects to completion
• Proven track record in using data-driven and consumer insights to create successful go-to-market plans
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Ability to be successful both as an individual contributor and in a team environment, and also will be able to perform at both strategic and tactical levels
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels (Senior Executives through lower management)
• Advanced decision-making skills with proven ability to lead, influence, align and inspire teams, including those who are not direct reports
