The Amazon Music Artist and Label Products and Services team is focused on building personalized, curated, and seamless experiences aimed at bringing artists and their fans closer together. We want to offer new experiences to our customers that build stronger connections to their favorite artists. We build features spanning our music apps, web player, and voice-forward audio engagement on mobile and Amazon Echo devices, powered by Alexa to support our customer base. Amazon Music offerings are available in countries around the world, and our applications support our mission of delivering music to customers in new and exciting ways that enhance their day-to-day lives.
In this role you will be given an opportunity to work with a new team of software engineers using live streaming, music streaming, merch sales and more to deliver new and innovative customer experiences that will enhance the connection between artists and their fans. You'll collaborate with senior engineers, product managers and technical program managers to define system architectures and influence your team technical priorities and business strategy. As a TPM, you'll manage all stages (from concept to delivery) of your programs, continuously working to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the teams you work with.
Qualifications
• System design experience
• 5 years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience driving roadmap strategy and definition
• 5 years of technical program management experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
