Full Time Job
The Prime Video Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for growing a business focused on unique and inspiring entertainment. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing campaigns on and off Amazon platforms that build awareness and drive engagement for Amazon Original Movies. They will lead development of integrated communication plans to launch new series/seasons and guide teams to help build events, media plans, advertising creative, promotions, digital and social media programs, campaign analysis, business development, managing talent relations and more. This individual will be based in Culver City, California.
Responsibilities
include:
• Lead overall marketing strategy for assigned projects, including creation of goals, marketing approach, audience targeting, positioning, and overall communication and lifecycle strategy.
• Architect global plans that consider paid, owned and earned media, as well as key disciplines (e.g., social, promotions, events, etc.) to build out holistic strategy and present all information in a timely manner to key executives and partners.
• Drive the development of cross functional plans by working closely with all stakeholders including, but not limited to, Creative, Media, Social, PR, Development, Legal, Research, Production, Amazon Owned & Operated, external agencies and more.
• Act as a leader and ''catalyst'' who inspires others to deliver bar-raising, best in class ideas and plans.
• Identify assets needed for each campaign/initiative and communicate to relevant team(s) in a timely manner.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to creative teams to ensure all is on brand and aligns with campaign strategy.
• Oversee project budgets and work with team to track and forecast.
• Align closely with research teams to lead consumer insight studies.
• Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (CPP, CPM, etc.), quality and campaign performance.
• Provide inventive and innovative thinking to processes in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Cultivate positive relationships with appropriate studio partners, filmmakers and talent.
Qualifications
• 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience owning creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to c-suite stakeholders
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

• Relevant marketing management experience with a major brand or entertainment company, with focus on simultaneously leading world-class campaigns; developing, launching and growing multiple franchises, initiatives and products
• Experience leading 360 creative development and media planning at a global level
• Understanding of digital and social marketing
• Understanding of global marketing principles and customer engagement tactics
• Knowledge of the film/entertainment landscape and streaming platforms
