Senior Coordinating Producer Live Programming

This includes creating original and exclusive content around live events from the top professional sports leagues around the world like the NFL and the Premier League. As we continue to grow our selection and offerings globally, we need a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Coordinating Producer to work within our Live Sports Production team.

Key job responsibilities
• Managing live event production planning details, schedules, logistics and event documentation
• Working side-by-side with the Production team on managing day to day operations for live broadcasts
• Collaborating with internal and external partners on media, graphics and technology features
• Assisting with setup and breakdown of all live event shoots
• Communicating with internal teams and advises business of production workflows and on-air talent
• Delivering high quality live event broadcasts

A day in the life
The Senior Coordinating Producer will support our executive producers and production team on complex tasks related to planning, coordinating, and producing live sporting events. In this role, you will be involved in every stage of the production from pre-production to the live event broadcast. This role requires great flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and a high production acumen, as the team is growing rapidly. A successful candidate has a growth mindset and does not need much oversight, as they have exceptional stakeholder and project management skills needed to balance competing priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs
• 9 years of experience as a creative executive
• Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production
• BA/BS degree from accredited university
• 5 Years of experience in media, production
• Experience coordinating shoots for broadcast, cable or digital media outlets
• Willing to travel >50% to produce on air live sporting events
• Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
• Strong knowledge of global professional sports (NFL, EPL, Cricket)
