The Post Mastering & Media Management team team is looking to hire a Post Mastering Ops Coordinator. The team works very closely with various cross-functional teams (Post Management, Localization, Post Technology, Legal, Brand Marketing, Partner Ops, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery and content readiness to launch globally across all platforms.
S/he will be responsible for sourcing content rights and metadata information, mastering, packaging and delivery of Amazon Original series to Prime Video's platform. This role takes ownership of Originals content after Post Production teams have accepted delivery of final production masters and coordinate with the Localization team for delivery of all language assets (e.g. timed-text, dubbed audio and translated metadata).
DESCRIPTION
• Track title schedules and key dates for delivery; ensure timely updates to the Post Mastering Show Assignment Calendar
• Coordinate with Prime Video Partner Ops team on content rights, metadata and asset delivery, ensuring a timely launch
• Work closely with Amazon Studios Post Management, Localization, Brand Marketing and Post Vendors to ensure all deliverables meets AS QC guidelines and specifications prior to mastering and delivery to Prime Video
• Support the Post Mastering Ops Specialists and Manager on High profile series launches and projects
• Troubleshoot content, track and report issues back to Post Vendors
• Learn new platforms as in-house Post Mastering tools expand
• Identify opportunities of improvement to existing operational workflows and collaborate with the team on solutions
Qualifications
• BA/BS Required
• 2 years of experience in Mastering/Asset Operations/Post Delivery at Studios, Networks or High-Volume Production Companies
• 2 years of technical experience on episodic & film workflows
