Executive Assistant to Head of Creative Advertising
POSITION: Executive Assistant to Head of Creative Advertising, Theatrical (L4)
Location: Los Angeles
About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Assistant to support our Head of Creative Advertising across theatrical releases. This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who lives and breathes film, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at bringing order to complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary coordinator for the Head of Creative Advertising between multiple marketing and PR verticals, ensuring seamless communication and execution across:
• Social Media Teams
• Paid Media Department
• Market Research
• Public Relations
• Synergy Partners
• Creative Content
• External Creative Partners
• And beyond!
• Manage complex calendar scheduling across time zones and departments
• Coordinate and prepare materials for high-level meetings and presentations
• Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings
• Organize travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Draft and review correspondence
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
• Create and maintain organizational systems for maximum efficiency

Education:
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Experience:
• Prior experience in an assistant role is not required

Qualifications
• 2 years of professional or military experience
• 1 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Are 18 years of age or older
