Full Time Job
We are searching for a manager that can manage our diversity focused Pipeline .
You will interact with our external partners like: Big Brothers Big Sisters, Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and other Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) to run that provide access and exposure to underrepresented and under-served populations. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the , curating special , guest speakers and field trips. You will track KPIs and success metrics and report those to key stakeholders. You will identify mentors for the students as well as provide coaching and mentoring.
Responsibilities
include but aren't limited to:
• Interacting with executive sponsors and multiple business teams.
• Working with students and young people
• Excellent communication both verbally and in writing
• Leading the effective and efficient delivery of projects
• Driving effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
• Creation, maintenance, and dissemination of project information to stakeholders
• Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation , and conflict resolution
• Maximizing resources with the best interest of the organization in mind
• Identification, assessment, tracking and mitigatation of issues and risks at multiple levels
• Using data to drive analytics and insights
Qualifications
• 3 years experience in program or project management
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 3 years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience working with organizations, colleges and/or universities
