Full Time Job
This position will report to the Head of Cross Category Marketing, working alongside teams across Artist marketing global team to support the execution of Amazon Music livestreaming, cross category and artist marketing strategies.
A successful candidate will be able to work fast, manage multiple priorities, extreme attention to detail, and support colleagues across the entire Artist Marketing organization as needed. They will be able to complete complex tasks and projects quickly and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. This role requires the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with social media, particularly livestreaming, and will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically.
Key tasks:
• Moderate and streamline Amazon Music livestreams
• Manage all financial processes for the team, including but not limited to onboarding vendors, tracking POs, coordinating contracts
• Collaborate with marketing teams across Amazon Music to ensure our Channel efforts are in line with company best practices.
• Research and share new ideas for our livestream channel strategy by observing industry trends and best practices.
• Deliver robust documentation on our campaign impacts and channel efficiency. Write concise recommendations on how to further improve marketing effectiveness.
• Perform general clerical duties to support directors, producers, and production managers
• Manage calendars and scheduling
• Maintain production schedules for shows and promotion
• Organize off-site productions with PMs
• Arrange meetings and talent travel
• Collaborate with Livestream lead and Twitch PMs to meet the needs of cast and crew
• Participate in short- and long-term planning aligned with goals set by managers
• Work with all departments that contribute to production
Qualifications
• 2 years of marketing experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, mass media / communications, or journalism required
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the music or entertainment space
• 2 years of experience building and managing social media campaigns
• Fluency in English necessary.
