The Programming and Audience Development Department at Amazon Studios encompasses consumer insights, programming strategy and the IP & Literary depts. We are seeking an administrative assistant to support the Head of Programming & Audience Development (Genna Terranova), the Head of Consumer Insights (Irene Gustaitis), and the Head of IP & Literary (Lauren O'Connor). The ideal candidate has prior assistant experience, is highly motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize their workload and time-management, and stay extremely detail oriented and accurate while handling high-volume data entry, calls, and scheduling. They must be a team-player with a great, 'can-do' attitude, and comfortable in an evolving and growing team dynamic. An interest and curiosity in market research and analysis is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
• 2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year prior assistant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
• Experience with managing schedules, expense reports, and data entry
