We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to establish and scale our business operations and processes across Latin America and Rest of World, driving the organization towards increase success on our content KPIs (e.g., quality, scope, timelines, costs, performance) and leveraging them to scale as the Studio grows globally. This role will be instrumental in the continuous development and improvement of our business practices, processes, and tools that make up our organization. The role will engage in strategic thinking and operational excellence to manage and deliver high-impact projects across the organization. The Senior Program Manager will gather business requirements, document functional and project progress, identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team, assign individual responsibilities, and develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project. Program Managers contribute cross functional business and technical skills, assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make tradeoffs. They rely heavily on influence over authority to drive project deliverables.
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Establish and improve business and decision-making processes that impact the organization across the lifecycle of a series or movie, from development to greenlight to production to release.
• Drive ways to keep overhead low, leveraging technology, and ensure that human capital is applied towards high value functions and output.
• Work cross-functionally with senior and regional leadership across creative development, strategy, business affairs, legal, production, music, finance, accounting, data science, programming, consumer insights, and casting to identify new initiatives and drive them through to execution.
• Perform complex analysis and create business driving documents that surface key learnings and recommend new content business initiatives.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational project reporting to track progress, manage escalations, and continuously drive the organization towards our goals.
