Amazon Studios is looking for a Production Operations Coordinator to support our growing production ops team. You will be responsible for organizing shared documents, researching industry best practices, recording meeting notes, and managing calendars. You will leverage your cross collaboration and enthusaism to build effective working relationships with studio executives and producers. This is a growth opportunity for those passionate about production operations and becoming operations managers.
Responsibilities:
• Manage team collaboration (e.g., maintain day-to-day schedules, to do lists, track progress of assignments and dependent tasks, identify and resolve scheduling conflicts)
• Assist development of manuals and policies (e.g., writing, aggregating from industry examples and proofreading)
• Build and maintain analysis tools (e.g. spreadsheet creation and data input management for vendor comparisons, supply estimators, projections, forms based on industry examples)
• Research industry best practices
• Organize and distribute documents (e.g., collect operations reports and proliferate protocols, policies, manuals, and forms)
• Prepare agendas, compile notes and manage distribution for various team meetings
• Manage all administrative support functions, including meeting preparation such as video and conference call coordination, supply ordering, and team event coordination
• Update and distribute studio contact lists and ensure that they are managed per studio requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of experience as an assistant at a studio or production company
• 1 years of on-set physical production experience
• • Experience coordinating, documenting, and communicating inter-departmental meetings and outcomes
• • Experience using productivity and communications tools including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
