The Production Operations team is making our productions smarter and more streamlined. We are designing solutions to manage hundreds of productions worldwide so our dollars are spent on-screen for our customers to enjoy.
Amazon Studios is looking for a Physical Production Assets Coordinator to support our growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing document organization and maintain updated records, handle the check-in/check-out process for production office inventory, recording meeting notes, and manage calendars. You will leverage your cross collaboration and enthusiasm to build effective working relationships with studio executives and producers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team collaboration (e.g., maintain day-to-day schedules, to do lists, track progress of asset tracking on an individual production basis, identify and resolve scheduling conflicts)
- Assist development of manuals and policies (e.g., writing, aggregating from industry examples and proofreading)
- Oversee reusable asset hub operations through inventory management, cost avoidance tracking
- Coordination with Marketing teams to ensure timely asset delivery and return
- Organize and distribute documents (e.g., send wrap deliverable expectations and check for all completed deliverables)
- Manage all administrative support functions, including meeting preparation such as video and conference call coordination, supply ordering, and team event coordination
- Update and distribute studio contact lists and ensure that they are managed per studio requirements.
Qualifications
• 2 years of studio or production company assistant experience
• 1 years of on-set physical production experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with above-the-line and below-the-line unions and guilds
