Head Of Content Security Operations

The Amazon Studios Head of Content Security Operations based in Santa Monica / Culver City will oversee internal and external workflows, use their expertise to assess, mitigate, and advise on potential operational and technology related risks to business and content assets, and support long-term and short-term content security goals. This role will partner with Amazon Information Security, and Studio Production Engineering to create, implement, and audit global content security and protection policies, and work in conjunction with Amazon Information Security and entertainment partners, such as MPAA and CDSA, to onboard and audit key workflows used across Movies and Series productions. Additionally, the Head of Content Security Operations would champion global content security initiatives that include physical security safeguards for transportation and storage of property. Specific responsibilities will include:

Risk Management
• Works in partnership with Movies, Series, and Marketing to identify critical titles, workflows, and third parties.
• Owns and defines asset and title classifications and criticality ratings of creative assets.
• Develops and implements global content security compliance standards.
• Acts independently to identify methods and procedures for inventory management of assets.
• Designs and delivers Incident Response training which includes end-to-end management of content related investigations.
• Communicates Amazon Content Security standards internally and with third party partners.
Project Support and Management
• Leverages existing relationships to raise the bar on industry content security best practices (e.g. MPAA, CDSA, TPN).
• Develops macro-level processes for content handling at internal and external screenings globally, and enforces compliance standards worldwide.
• Implements solutions for increased content security testing and content protection technology/anti-piracy testing.
Operations Management
• Influence company leaders in strategic planning discussions and Content Security initiatives.
• Develops KPI metrics for Content Security program and initiatives.
• Owns operational improvements and efficiencies.
• Mitigates risk without compromising the efficiency of production workflows.

Qualifications

• 4 years in film and/or TV production and content security, security technologies, and compliance.
• 8 years managing and leading teams in a related field.
• 10 years IT/Technical industry experience with large corporations.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology related field.
• Certification in one or more of the following: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CPP, CRISC, CEH (or industry equivalent)
