Prime members also have access to a collection of Amazon Original series for kids such as Gortimer Gibbon's Life on Normal Street, Wishenpoof, Just Add Magic, and the Annecy, Annie, and multi-Emmy Award-winning Tumble Leaf. Amazon Studios is seeking an experienced Campaign manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. This position reports to the Head of Marketing Operations and will ensure that each part of a series launch, from creative brief to concept development, production and delivery moves through the pipeline and is finished on time and within budget.
The position is based in Santa Monica, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION WILL INCLUDE:
• Manage 360 operations, including workflow, timelines and budgets for internal creative team.
• Understand fundamentals of creative strategy and be able to write a brief and effectively communicate strategy to agencies and in-house team.
• Create schedules, determines resources, estimate time, cost and project completion requirements; obtain necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders.
• Help designers conceptualize creative work, copy and other elements as needed.
• Ensure department establishes and maintains appropriate processes, procedures, forms and job tracking to keep deliverables on time and on budget.
• Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems; and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues, and budget implications.
• Work collaboratively and proactively with internal Studios team at all levels to assess project requirements.
• Owning the development and implementation of a third-party creative project management tool.
• Provide daily leadership and direction to the creative team to establish project priorities and communicate milestones.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-7 years relevant experience at a creative agency, network or studio as a studio and/or creative services project manager.
• Detailed knowledge of workflow within a print, broadcast or digital creative department.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize monitor and manage workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• The ability to stay calm in the midst of chaos is essential to this role.
• Ability to deal with a variety of creative personalities.
• Ready to jump into any situation, assess and take control.
• Television and/or studio experience preferred.
