Are you passionate about music, entertainment, and building creative marketing campaigns with partners? Amazon Music is seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives across various partnership categories. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive new audience growth and awareness for Amazon Music's products and services.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end partnership marketing campaigns across multiple categories
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans directly with partners, including content creation, promotional campaigns, and co-branded initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners while serving as their primary point of contact for marketing activities
• Drive improvements in brand health, customer acquisition, and retention through strategic partner programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling partner marketing programs
• Create and manage GTM documents, tracking documents, and performance reports to ensure successful execution of partner programs
• Support operational excellence by establishing and improving team mechanisms and workflows
• Monitor partnership and campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
• Manage ongoing cross-partner and cross-territory programs and projects assigned by leadership
• Contribute to department wide quarterly and annual marketing planning processes and meetings
• Maintain the editorial calendar, including consolidating content priorities to share across partners
• Team point of contact for creative refreshes, partner portal management, pitch deck template refreshes and maintenance, and promotion support across partners as needed

Results Oriented: They need to be someone who takes ownership and drives initiatives from concept to completion, maintaining high standards while operating with agility in a fast-paced environment. This includes effectively prioritizing multiple workstreams while consistently delivering measurable impact.

The Business Development and Partner Marketing team at Amazon Music is dedicated to making music discovery and engagement possible for customers anywhere, anytime. We're pioneering new ways for customers to experience music through strategic partnerships across multiple verticals; from speaker and car manufacturers to innovative collaborations in social, sports, generative AI, and live entertainment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 4 yrs in related field
* Minimum of 6 yrs of experience in partner marketing, brand partnerships, strategic partnerships or related field
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with partners
* Effective Project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience using data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, drive optimization, and to develop strategies
* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships
