Amazon Music Live was launched to expand our livestreaming content and build out a new business line for Amazon Music. We have produced more than 110 events featuring major artists and festival partnerships. As we expand our market presence we are seeking to reinforce our capabilities in Mexico.
We seek a Sponsorship Go to Market (GTM) expert based in Miami, FL to own and champion the end-to-end execution of our sponsorship partnership as Campaign Manager and support our Amazon Music Latin-Iberia New Business team. This position will play a foundational role in helping drive our live music entertainment strategy across US Latin, México, Brazil and Spain; acting as end-to-end owner, reporting to Latin-Iberia Head of New Business. The role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment where team members directly impact business outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead sales execution and strengthen relationships with Advertisement (Ad Sales) teams and partner brand
* Serve as the relationship owner and primary contact for local Ad Sales teams on campaign executions by managing communications and sharing opportunity data. Participate in production calls to ensure sponsor requirements are fulfilled
* Advocate and evangelize a newly formed SOP that ensures all business functions and stakeholders align to achieve success metrics
* Support our Music Sales specialists in the region, creating proposals through concept adaptation and enrichment. Coordinate with Ad Sales Account Management to establish timelines and deliverables
* Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and external partners to create brand content and optimize social media impact
* During the event, Represent Amazon Music at Amazon Music Live (AML) events as the on-site ambassador to ensure brand partner expectations are met
* Post-sale execution: create comprehensive campaign reports including metrics, assets, and visual documentation. Provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
* Participate in weekly internal and external meetings, to ensure successful planning
* Support revenue growth wider initiatives across the organization
A day in the life
This role leads advertising campaign execution for all Amazon Music Live streaming content, coordinating between revenue teams, advertising partners, industry teams, and production leads. and external brands (investing). The position manages brand integrations, advertiser deliverables, and client communications while developing best practices for the Ads Organization and AML collaboration. Key responsibilities include campaign data collection, post-campaign reporting, and B2B case study development.
Qualifications
• 2 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• 1 years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
