Associate Photo Producer, Amazon Mgm Studios Marketing
Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Photo Producer to join our dynamic Photo team, supporting the Lead Photo Producer. As an Associate Photo Producer, you will support photo production and post workflows, assist creative teams, and help ensure high-quality visual assets are delivered on time and within budget for the marketing campaigns for our original productions.
The Associate Photo Producer will work directly under the guidance of the Lead Photo Producer and assist with photo shoots, manage photo assets, and contribute to the overall visual storytelling of Amazon MGM Studios' original content. This role requires strong organizational skills, creative vision, and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining Amazon's high standards for quality and customer obsession.
Key job responsibilities
• Photo Production: Assist in coordinating photo shoots for original series and movies marketing campaigns, supporting alignment with creative vision and production schedules
• Budget Assistance: Support the Lead Photo Producer in tracking production budgets, schedules, and helping coordinate with campaign management teams for cost-effective asset delivery
• Quality Support: Assist in reviewing photo deliverables to help ensure they meet Amazon MGM Studios' quality standards and brand guidelines
• Cross-functional Support: Support and service photo requests from cross functional departments including Marketing, PR, Social, Production teams
• Workflow Support: Assist in identifying opportunities to improve photo production processes, help implement best practices, and support efficiency across multiple concurrent projects
• Compliance and Documentation Support: Help ensure photo deliverables are compliant with legal requirements including external stakeholder approvals, regulations, and internal policies
Qualifications
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
• Experience with digital asset management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, Media Arts, or equivalent professional experience
• 3 years of experience in photo production, photography, or related creative production roles
