Prime Gaming's mission is to bring the extraordinary joy of gaming to our Prime members. We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader with deep consumer marketing experience to build and manage Prime Gaming marketing campaigns. This brand leader will create strategies that drive awareness and engagement with the gaming benefit for Amazon Prime. The Integrated Marketing Manager will partner with the Product Marketing team and create consumer narratives grounded in audience strategy and insights, that will shape Prime Gaming brand perception. This leader will deliver deep, integrated marketing campaigns and drive cross-functional efforts required to bring complex programs to market. This person will also develop a strong partnership with Creative marketing teams driving big ideas and impactful design. Key to the role is the ability to manage comarketing relationships, align goals, and lead relationships to deliver results. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience owning and reporting on a KPI to leadership.
Candidate will have 8 years of experience building 360 marketing campaigns for Gaming Publishers or other Digital Entertainment organizations.
Key job responsibilities
• Partner with Product Marketing teams to ideate, build and implement marketing strategies that deliver both growth and engagement in Prime Gaming usage.
• Deliver creative, global and integrated campaigns, from brief to go-to-market plans and executions.
• Research and recommend key territories/audiences for campaign focus: define audiences, targeting strategies, positioning, and breathe life into those definitions to enable strong cross-functional work
• Originate creative brief that supports marketing strategy, and deliver world-class advertising campaigns and assets in collaboration with creative teams
• Lead program alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior leaders, stakeholders and global partners.
• Manage available marketing funds, ensuring budgets are adhered to and tracked
• Develop deep 360 programs and work effectively with internal and external, cross-functional teams including Paid Media, Influencer, PR, Partner Marketing, Social, etc.
• Consults with partners - internal and external to Amazon - to create co-marketing programs that have a multiplier effect on our growth
• Evaluate campaigns post-release to review effectiveness, analyze results, review and learn, and make necessary adjustments to future plans where appropriate.
• Support on new Business initiatives outside of the day-to-day

Qualifications
• 8 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
