Social Media Manager - Amazon Games , Amazon Games Community and Content

Do you spend a lot of time on Twitter, TikTok, or Reddit checking out gaming memes? Are you also an organized, creative, detail oriented person who wants a career in video game content and social media? Maybe you already work in games and want to join a team of experienced Community and Marketing folks to help you continue to develop your career? We're looking for someone to join the Social Media Team in our Community department to help us communicate better with our players and keep them engaged on our social media channels.
Key job responsibilities
* Developing the strategy and tactics for monthly content updates
* Building a fandom for our games by creating engaging social media content
* Contributing to planning sessions that drive the creation of our content calendar
* Delivering Qualitative and Quantitative reporting
* Scheduling and staging Social Media posts using Sprout Social or platform native tools
* Monitoring channel responsiveness and updating our messaging to reflect incoming questions
* Building a deep working knowledge of our game and the features, systems, and content it includes
* Working across multiple teams to ensure alignment of all initiatives across all channels
* Supporting with project management for assets or campaigns
Qualifications
• 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• 3 years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
• Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
