Senior Business Operations Manager

We're thrilled to be building Amaze Immersive Concerts with an incredibly talented and passionate team, and we can't wait to launch our large-scale project across the US and abroad late 2021. We're searching for a rockstar teammate with operations experience in the amusement park, family arcade, and/or show tour business - someone who's excited to build the future of music with us.

WHO YOU ARE
• Operations planning and managing experience for 5+ years in the amusement park, family arcade, and/or show tour business
• Successful project management track record in an unproven and new domain/field
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and modeling/simulation skills
• Strategic and systematic thinking capabilities
• Results-driven with strong customer focus and relationship management
• Leadership experience across multi-functional teams as a manager or above
• Excellent judgment - ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently
• Entrepreneurial - excited about working at a VC-funded startup with a small team while wearing multiple hats
• A ''yes… and!'' person, not a ''yes, but…'' person
• Passion to deliver fun and entertaining experiences to customers
• You know what real hustle looks like - resourceful in a fast-paced evolving environment and will meet tight deadlines
• Must be willing to travel when necessary

PREFERRED
• Experience in field operations
• Keen to work with automobile and tech equipment
• You may or may not have VR experience - come with an open mind and we'll teach you

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set up and breakdown of the overall operations for the tour bus, theatrical release, and other relevant distribution methods
• Coordinate with multiple departments and vendors to facilitate effective onsite operations; design and build out the activation; develop user experience scenarios and integrate into operations
• Plan and monitor the financial budget for overall distribution and exhibition operations
• Manage relevant KPIs, reporting to Head of Business and Management
• Manage Tour Operator and other Tour staff in planning and executing operations; develop staff training materials; address any HR issues that arise, and administer any requisite staff discipline or behavior correction
• Oversee and monitor all global logistics and field operations
• Manage relevant legal issues working with our lawyers
