Intern - Script Reader

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: May 20th
Internship Duration: 12 Weeks
Time/Days Required: 1 hour weekly meetings on Tuesdays at 2:30pm PST
Workplace Requirements: Remote

ALTA GLOBAL MEDIA is looking for a small group of remote script readers.?Our session begins on May 12th, with a duration of 12 weeks.?
The Script Reader will be responsible for reading and analyzing scripts. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain?literary experience and be actively involved in various aspects of the development process.?Love of reading, ability to analyze and articulate your thoughts on a script, and obsession with tv/film is a must.?

What You'll Do:?Read a variety of scripts, review films and provide coverage in a quick and timely manner, help with script grids and research.?We will have a weekly group Zoom meeting to discuss scripts. One Guest Speaker session at the end of the internship to provide industry insight and advise on interns' career goals.??

What You'll Need:?Friendly and respectful demeanor.?Professional communication skills both written and verbal.'strong attention to detail. Experience writing coverage is preferred.'school credit is available.
