Our ideal candidate is based in New York City/New Jersey or Massachusetts (or anywhere in between), but has the ability to travel domestically by car (or cargo van), train or plane. Oh the places you'll go!

CLIENT RELATIONS: You will serve as the on-site point of contact, bridging the conversation between the back-end team and the client.
DOCUMENT/DEBRIEF: You will document all significant (everything's important!!) happenings, oversee or personally collect metrics/KPIs and other miscellaneous data points.
WHAT YOU BRING (MUST HAVES):
2-3 years of relevant professional experience
Proven success in project management and supporting multiple projects
Organizational prowess with an eye for details big and small

Resourceful and solution-oriented thinking, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges head-on
A strong sense of accountability for the quality of performance and deliverables
WHAT WE WANT (NICE IF YOU HAVE):
All the above, plus…
Hands-on experience with experiential events - have you been a brand ambassador or team lead before?
Hospitality experience, related to live event, wedding or event planning!
