Objective Media Group America, an All3Media America company, is looking for an enthusiastic Development Executive Assistant who is passionate about unscripted television. An adept researcher who loves to unearth new stories, talent, characters, trends and ideas. We're seeking a candidate who is hungry to learn and comfortable assisting a team while doing so.
The day-to-date responsibilities of this role include:
• Managing correspondence with clients
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Answering phones
• Assisting in deck creation
This person will also be supporting the development team in adapting and developing UK & original formats which span a wide range of genres through participating in brainstorms, researching, and preparing & developing written and visual materials to sell the series.
You must have proven experience as a researcher and strong writing skills (preferably on decks), an extremely good working knowledge of current unscripted television across a range of networks and genres, and a passion for pop culture.
Experience required:
• Minimum 1-2 years in an administrative support role and/or unscripted TV experience
• The ability to think creatively and is comfortable with PowerPoint/Keynote/Eye for deck design
• Well organized and can work well within a team or independently
• Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once with speed and attention to detail
