This is a Freelance Unpaid Internship
The Role
We're looking for a motivated A&R Admin Intern who's passionate about dance music-and tuned in to other genres like hip-hop and rap. You'll work closely with our A&R team, supporting day-to-day label operations, scouting new talent, and keeping artist projects running smoothly.
What You'll Do
• Scout emerging talent across dance and related genres.
• Reach out to artists and help set up meetings or intro calls.
• Research trends across TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, and key music communities.
• Attend live events to discover new acts and support label artists.
What We're Looking For
• Genuine passion for dance music and awareness of the current music landscape.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence using digital platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Spotify.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Start date: ASAP for 3 months. Roughly 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
