Vice President, Sponsorship Sales & Brand Partnerships
We're seeking an entrepreneurial Vice President, Sponsorship Sales & Brand Partnerships to build and lead our commercial partnerships business. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy, ownership, and influence, responsible for driving sponsorship revenue and developing strategic brand partnerships across one of the fastest-growing festival platforms in North America.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling six- and seven-figure sponsorships or integrated marketing partnerships in live entertainment, sports, media, music, agencies, or experiential marketing. They are equally comfortable developing sales strategy, opening new doors, managing a robust pipeline, negotiating complex partnerships, and closing meaningful revenue opportunities.
In this role, you will own new business development and sponsorship sales strategy across the All Things Go portfolio. You'll cultivate relationships with leading brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers; identify, pitch, negotiate, and close integrated sponsorship partnerships; collaborate with leadership, marketing, creative, operations, and production teams to develop custom partnership solutions; represent All Things Go at industry events and client meetings; and help shape the long-term commercial growth strategy of the company.
The strongest candidates will have at least seven years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, media sales, or related business development, along with a demonstrated history of exceeding revenue goals and closing high-value partnerships. Existing relationships with brand marketers and agency decision-makers are strongly preferred. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as is a passion for music, live events, and culture.
Salary/Benefits
$125,000 - $150,000 /year USD
Compensation includes performance-based commission tied to sponsorship revenue goals
