Position: Producer
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Contract: 4 month with potential to convert to full time
All That's Good Productions is a full-service production company and creative team working with brands such as Comcast, Microsoft, Hasbro, MLB, and more. We currently have television shows on HGTV, Animal Planet, Disney+, Travel Channel, and an Emmy-nominated Netflix Original Basketball Or Nothing.
All That's Good is searching for a talented and passionate producer to join our production team. Ideal candidates should possess an ability to think outside the box, juggle multiple projects at once, work under pressure, and thrive in our fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing projects from pre-production to production and post-production
Leading the production crew for on-location productions
Coordinating and organizing logistics and workflow for on-location productions
Creating breakdowns and budgets for various small-scale and large-scale productions
Facing prospective and current production partners with seamless communication
Researching, developing, and pitching intriguing alternative concepts for tv and digital platforms
Participating in weekly meetings and conference calls with the internal team and external clients and partners
Successful candidates should have:
3-4 years of experience producing small and large-scale productions in the video production industry
Experience and passion for branded and unscripted content
A strong knowledge of the full production cycle
An independent and diligent work ethic with the ability to work positively in a collaborative atmosphere
Strong attention to detail
A passion for storytelling
A flexible schedule and ability to work after-hours when necessary
A driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle
