Intern - Talent Management/Production

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

All moxie inc., an independently owned television development and talent management company, is seeking a part-time intern. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized with strong organizational and communication skills and a team player. Must have warm and professional manner in person and over the phone. A sense of humor is a must!

Responsibilities will include:
-research on special projects and potential production ideas
-scheduling meetings
-ordering and organizing office supplies
-helping prepare materials for meetings
-making travel arrangements
-general administrative duties

This is a hands-on experience with some client interaction and partner interfacing. As all moxie, inc. represents various high profile projects, therefore this position requires one to be trustworthy with sensitive information.
