Assistant To Talent Agent

This is a Part Time Job

As a Talent Agent Assistant, you will support our west coast talent agents by providing remote administrative and operational assistance. You will work closely with the talent team to manage day-to-day tasks and ensure the smooth operation of various projects. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to talent agents, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling client communications
Coordinate travel arrangements, auditions, and events for clients
Assist with contract management and paperwork preparation
Monitor industry trends and relevant opportunities for talent
Maintain and update client databases and talent portfolios
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Assist with general office tasks, including email management and correspondence
Collaborate with other team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative or assistant role (entertainment industry experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using remote tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
A passion for the entertainment industry and talent representation

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with InEntertainment or other industry relevant CRM systems
Experience with Breakdown Services, Casting Networks, Spotlight and other industry standard casting sites
Previous work with talent agents or in an agency setting
