Executive Assistant to Talent Manager

Alchemy Entertainment, a prominent management & production company with A-list clients is seeking an Executive Assistant to the President, Jason Barrett.  Candidate must be able to work extremely well in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle heavy phones and scheduling.  Self-starter and organizational skills are a must.  Candidate will be working closely with clients as well as some personal tasks.  At least one year of agency/management experience is required.  Looking for someone to start right away.
