Executive Assistant- Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar for executives, including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally.
• Manage phones, roll calls, and update phone sheet.
• Manage and process billing and invoices for the department.
• Prepare and submit expense reports.
• Attend some staff and marketing/publicity meetings, document agenda items, and take notes.
• Assist with general office tasks, including ordering and maintaining office supplies and food stocks for department.
• Develop and maintain a thorough familiarity with all projects occurring within the department.
• Liaise with executives, talent, and other assistants, both internally and externally.
• Support departmental projects as needed, including, but not limited to, maintaining organizational documents and databases, and preparing presentations for company leadership.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics for both executive and talent.
• Represent the department in a professional manner.
