AHA Sound Sanctuary Is Seeking TWO Executive Assistance & Admin Managers to help with Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Program Operations, User/Client/Customer Experience & Backend/Team & Tech Functionality
Welcome to Queen Frequency LLC & AHA Sound Sanctuary, a global music, sound healing, meditation and vocal academy assisting in the rise of worldwide consciousness expansion. We are a powerful destination for people to come together and learn how to access the divine codes carried in the language of music and sound with an intuitive approach to empower people to live freely, sing their heart songs and experience true wellness, emotional intelligence and self-love. Our CEO is an International Musician, Sound Meditation Facilitator, DJ, Vocal Alchemist, Multimedia Artist, and Humanitarian Philanthropic Activist whose alchemical journey has been to utilize her evolutionary and intuitive gifts to empower her fellow people to step into their sovereignty through the divine inner workings of music and sound.
Queen Frequency LLC & AHA Sound Sanctuary seeks TWO experienced Executive Assistance & Admin Managers to provide day-to-day support for the CEO & COO tasks focusing on social media marketing, content creation, program operations, user/client experience & backend functionality. Day-to-day tasks include: video production & editing for all courses, hands-on assistance with all projects/sessions/retreats/programs/workshops, creating social media posts/marketing campaigns and help with organizing philanthropic endeavors. This applicant will report directly to the CEO and COO. Physical Demands
~This position requires the physical capabilities associated with a typical office environment:
~Frequent use of a computer
~Prolonged periods of sitting
~Walking or driving to and from location to attend meetings and events
~Being able to lift at least 50 pounds
Job Specifications
~ Location: In-Person Los Angeles & Work Remote
~ Type: Part-Time 15-20 hours a week
~ Monthly Salary: $1,555.00

Responsibilities
~ Assist in video production for evergreen courses & social media content / maintain a log of incoming and outgoing video assets and hard drives.
~ Create marketing & sales campaigns for online and in-person workshops, educational courses, mentorships and retreats.
~ Assist in the curation of client/customer experience, mentorship operations, portal building, backend & team functionality.
~ Assist in handling feed and story posts, checking, sorting, clearing and responding to Direct messages on both personal and business Instagram accounts
~ Assist in activities, production, events, retreats and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training.
~ Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
~ Attend all team meetings & online classes to take note of everything.
~ Effectively communicate ongoing workflow processes with the supervisor and other key personnel.
~ Keep track of all department activities and support the overall workflow.
~ Additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
~ MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED
~ MUST HAVE own MAC laptop and iphone
~ MUST BE a self-starter, problem-solver and extremely motivated to collaborate with all team members
~ MUST HAVE an interest in supporting a rapidly growing creative and operations team
~MUST BE able to juggle multiple projects all with moving parts; works well under pressure
~ Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
~ At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant
~ Proficient with Microsoft, Godaddy, Google Drives, Squarespace, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Apple Software, Outlook Mail, Canva, Vimeo, ZoomÂ
~ Not required but is an add bonus: Proficient with Kartra, Mighty Networks, Adobe (Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign, Illustrator), Soundcloud, Clickup, Dropbox, Bio.Site, Slack, YouCanBookMe, VideoAsk, Voxer, Telegram (if you are not proficient you must be willing to learn)
~ Being flexible to adjust/adapt with changing priorities & weekly schedule
~ Tech savvy; good at sorting problems with devices
~ Positive attitude, good sense of humor, and a strong sense of responsibility
~ Must be organized and able to work well under deadlines
