Job Specifications:
~Location: Remote & Sometimes in-person in Los Angeles, CA - 90066
~Type: Part-Time
~Weekly Schedule: 10-12 hours a week
Responsibilities:
~Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
~Attend all team meetings and take note of everything.
~Calendar management; scheduling appointments
~Create all graphics using Canva & Photoshop for all marketing & class materials
~Assist in video production for evergreen courses & social media content / maintain a log of incoming and outgoing video assets and hard drives.
~Create, post and launch marketing & sales campaigns for online and in-person workshops, educational courses, mentorships, and retreats.
~Work directly with the entire team (CEO, COO, EX & AD) to support all aspects of daily work routine and projects.
~Assist in activities, production, events, retreats and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training.
~Keep the team advised of time-sensitive priorities to meet all deadlines.
~Assisting in overseeing, monitoring & creating Facebook groups & Mighty Networks Groups
~Effectively communicate on-going workflow processes with supervisor and other key personnel.
~Keep track of all department activities and support the overall workflow.
~Additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
~MUST BE DETAIL-ORIENTED
~MUST HAVE own laptop, iPhone, and reliable way of getting to work.
~MUST BE a self-starter, problem-solver, and extremely motivated to collaborate with all team members
~MUST HAVE an interest in supporting a rapidly growing creative and operations team
~MUST BE Proficient with Microsoft, Godaddy, Google Drives, Squarespace, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Apple Software, Outlook Mail, Canva, Vimeo, Zoom
~Not required but is an add bonus: Proficient with Kartra, Mighty Networks, Adobe (Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign, Illustrator), Soundcloud, Clickup, Dropbox, BioSite/Unfold, Slack, YouCanBookMe, VideoAsk, Voxer, Telegram (if you are not proficient you must be willing to learn)
~MUST BE able to juggle multiple projects all with moving parts
~MUST work well under pressure with tight deadlines
~Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
~At least 2 years of experience within an assisting role
~MUST BE flexible to adjust/adapt with changing priorities & weekly schedule
~MUST BE tech savvy; good at sorting problems with devices (cell phones, remotes, etc.)
~MUST HAVE a positive attitude, good sense of humor, and strong sense of responsibility

Job Description:
Queen Frequency LLC & AHA Sound Sanctuary CEO seeks an assistant & social media marketing assistant, preferably based in or near Los Angeles, California. We are seeking an applicant to provide day-to-day support for our team mainly online with some in-person content creation days, as well as assist on set at nearby venues, help curate social media content and create marketing/sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include: Facebook group monitoring, mighty networks monitoring, attending all live classes to take notes, pulling timestamps from replays, creating graphics for class materials and marketing materials, video production for online courses, hands-on assistance with all in-person projects/sessions/retreats, creating marketing campaigns and help with organizing philanthropic endeavors.
