What We Are Looking For
APA is seeking a Receptionist who is always dedicated to professionally and positively representing the Agency. Additionally, the Receptionist will effectively manage all incoming calls, provide information to clients and visitors, and maintain an organized front desk.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet clients, vendors, job applicants, and other Agency guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times
- Operate a Reception switchboard: Answer all incoming calls promptly and ensure they are properly routed
- Manage schedule for Conference Rooms in the LA office
- Maintain visitor log
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Essential Skills
- Impeccable reliability as it relates to attendance, follow through, and efficiency
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills including a positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality pertaining to Agency and Clients
- Intermediate aptitude with the Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education And Experience
- 1 year customer service experience preferred.
- Experience at an Agency or in the entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor degree from an accredited University or College preferred
