APA Talent Agency seeks qualified individuals for the APA Agent Training Program.
We are seeking passionate, driven, hardworking individuals who are interested in pursuing careers in the entertainment industry. This program is designed for candidates who and are willing to put in the hard work to succeed and grow with the company. Our mission is to develop, mentor, and advance our trainees to become successful talent agents and executives.
This is an entry-level position for those who are committed to working with talented artists, and aspire to become executives in the entertainment business. Our program will require applicants to multi-task and handle multiple projects efficiently. Trainees must be self-motivated with the ability to problem solve in a fast- paced work environment. All candidates must be willing to invest their time in consuming and evaluating various entertainment content.
Administrative duties will include heavy phones, coordinating meetings and schedules, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, special projects and additional work as needed.
Requirements:
College degree from and accredited University or College.
Previous work experience. Entertainment related internships a plus.
Strong work ethic and great attitude.
Attention to detail; keep calendar/appointments/meetings up to date.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to communicate effectively.
At least 6 months of relevant administrative experience.
Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must possess strong organizational skills.
Ability to meet prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Team player who is goal oriented.
Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients.
Must be able to maintain a high level of discretion.
