Position Summary:
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day execution with a specialized focus on Programmatic Display, Connected TV / OTT, Audio, and Publisher Direct. We are seeking an experienced media buyer to manage campaign implementation and performance optimization in a fast paced and team oriented environment. You will be expected to be proficient in all aspects of digital media while collaborating with partners and marketing teams to successfully fulfill campaign objectives for national tours, festivals, regional venues, and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly analytical, and strives to continuously improve media strategy, campaign implementation, and performance. Being passionate about music and live events is a must.
Essential Functions:
• Execute and manage high volume of campaigns end to end across various platforms and channels (inclusive of DSPs), ensuring budgets are pacing effectively and targeting tactics are optimized against relevant performance objectives.
• Oversee operational and project management tasks such as QA deliverables, creative trafficking, measurement + tracking, billing reconcile.
• Generate reporting for performance insight, and clearly communicate results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Educate marketers on paid media opportunities and capabilities while enforcing workflow processes to ensure campaign deliverables are accurate and on-time.
• Stay up to date on media trends, DSP functionality and data products while fostering relationships with media partners.
Required Qualifications:
• A minimum education level of: BA/BS
• 3-5 years of related work experience developing, planning, and executing digital media campaigns
• Understanding of Programmatic Technology: DSPs, Ad Servers, and Data Tools (DV360, Doubleclick Campaign Manager, TradeDesk, LiveRamp)
• Highly proficient and comfortable using Excel with large amounts of data
• Extensive experience with managing direct response and conversion focused campaigns utilizing various bid strategies
• Ability to prioritize and manage high volume of campaigns and communication in fast paced environment
• Extremely data and performance focused; able to analyze and interpret campaign data for actionable insight
• Demonstrated ability to understand and evaluate digital media proposals
• Proven technical knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly
