Assistant to Youth Department

Amsel, Eisenstadt, Frazier, & Hinojosa (AEFH) is seeking a full-time Assistant to the Youth & Young Adult Division. Candidates must demonstrate: strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal oversight, urgency to situations that require diligent attention and maintaining and managing a highly organized administrative process. Additionally, this position requires computer savviness with Microsoft Office, InEntertainment, Breakdowns, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier and Casting.com.

Key responsibilities will include management of complex calendars and schedules, giving appointments, helping create and sending pitches, command professional phone interactions and exchanges, prepare daily communications; organize, execute, and assist with projects as assigned as well as general client correspondence.

This is an entry level position with great opportunity for a proactive and positive individual to grow within the company. Must be based in the Los Angeles area.
