Asset Manager
*Perform / Manage research, localization, packaging and servicing of digital assets projects
*Manage and meet milestones deadlines for research, asset prep, packaging and servicing projects
*Prepare and communicate project status to leadership: daily, weekly and/or ad-hoc
*Collaborate with peers and staff to assess/resolve complexities and challenges
*Place, track and reports origination and packaging orders in various systems/trackers
*Take on an array of production and library asset related special projects
*Maintain effective communication with leadership
*Inform of key issues as they arise
*Ensure delays/concerns are brought to leadership attention early
*Consider possible solutions when identifying problems
*Perform timely reviews of cost estimates and invoices for accuracy
*Justify vendor charges that are over or under budget
*Keep and report weekly and/or monthly on select reports and metrics
*Understand relationships between milestones/dependencies, identifies trends and performs risk analysis
*Seek to process improve where opportunities exist
*Maintain accurate and current information records and updates in schedule
*Ad hoc projects on request independent of day-to-day project management
*Liaise with vendors, internal content leads and partner groups
*Forecast and assess estimated timelines and cost for special projects
