We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our client managers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable handling a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist client managers with day-to-day administrative duties.
Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation.
Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
Maintain internal databases and organizational systems.
Communicate professionally with clients and industry partners.
Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office tools.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

$40,000.00
