Your New Role...
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the planning and execution of all on-network media campaigns. This includes coordinating the delivery of promo, brand, and non-programming assets for Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, and Boomerang. As a key member of the consumer marketing team this roll will also contribute to the development of consumer marketing campaigns for Adult Swim and Cartoon Network series.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Create and maintain linear and Max work orders in CAT; distribute and communicate flight, messaging, metadata changes to any planned deliverables to Production. Ensure timely delivery of assets through Journey workflow for accurate on-air playout.
• Maintain creative flight tracker capturing strategy against all linear assets including promos, packaging, graphics, lower thirds, bugs. (Excel/Sharepoint/Google Docs)
• Serve as point of contact to external teams (Commercial Ops, Log Planning and Production, BOC, O&O) for last-leg changes in asset strategy and changes in O&O scheduling direction.
• Participate in Data Validation process with Tech Ops and Marketing Intelligence to ensure clean asset creation for reporting.
• Work with O&O/Marketing Intelligence to provide regular top-line data points (Campaign GRP, Weekly Capacities, Home/Cross GRP) as starting point for team discussions.
• Support the marketing team in the development and execution of promotional campaigns and other projects: attend team meetings, watch and prepare content summaries, monitor social media platforms and community forums, assist in the deployment of paid media deliverables.
• Maintain and help update key marketing materials including fact sheets, campaign timelines, launch plans/decks, etc.
• Manage marketing budgets: submit invoices, maintain budget tracker, provide payment updates as requested by vendors, etc.
• Contribute to other department projects as needed
Qualifications and Experience...
• BA degree
• 3-5 years On-Air and Marketing experience
• Data and Asset Management
• Scheduling / Media Planning
• Familiarity with how to operate within various database systems
• Excel proficiency
