Spring Intern - Casting

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Adrienne Stern Casting is looking for intelligent, tech savvy, detail oriented, and eager-to-learn with a positive attitude individuals to assist us in the daily operations of our New York office. Interns must be a student or recent college grad. We are looking for individuals who are able to work well under pressure, and get tasks done in a timely manner. Previous casting/office experience is preferred, but not required. Interns also must provide themselves with their own laptop, and must be local to New York City. Ideal candidates are individuals who are interested in casting, film production, and/or talent management.

We are ideally looking for Interns that can start Mid-January 2019. Internship is unpaid, but we will provide college credit for students. The internship will begin Mid-January 2019 and run until April/May 2019. Typical office hours for interns are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. All Interns MUST be available for 2 to 3 FULL DAYS per week. This internship is a great opportunity to have a hands-on experience in the casting process.

Duties Include:

Heavy email and phone work (i.e. calling out and confirming appointments)

Acting as a liaison to agencies and assist in scheduling/organizing casting sessions, meetings, etc.

Monitoring casting sessions

Checking actor availabilities and collecting reels

List making

Filming and uploading sessions to EcoCast

Organizing headshots/submissions
