Prominent YouTube Creator and Musical Artist is looking for a Production Assistant /Channel Producer to work on developing new, topical, and trend specific formats for a DIY / Music / lifestyle channel in addition to video/imagery/copy for Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Creator is looking for an organized, proactive individual who can add a creative POV and help them produce current formats and help come up with new formats, too, programming with current digital content trends.

Creator is only looking to hire individuals in the Vancouver, Canada area. Additional details below:
Part Time to start - hours TBD based on role, experience, etc. There is potential to grow into a full time position.
Creative - someone who can help Creator speak to a primarily Female Gen Z audience.
Must have in depth understanding of YouTube, TikTok, IG
Well versed in Pop Culture and trends to convert into content
Help brainstorm content (DIY, Lifestyle, Music) and come up with new formats
Pre-Production - coordinate creative planning, supplies for videos, etc.
Production - set up studio (basic lighting, camera, sound), help film, and and overall help them produce the best possible video and/or help put small production team in place depending on project
Post Production - someone who can help manage the post production process, thumbnail creation, etc.
Social Media Management - including crafting ideas for imagery/copy, but also scheduling and managing uploading etc.

The independent contractor salary is TBD based on:
Hours per week/month
Experience
Job Duties (TBC based on the above ask and the potential hire's skill set)
