Search for Intern - Digital Talent jobs in Hollywood-CA
Talent Intern: Part Time: 20+ hours per week (college credit)
Primary Responsibilities:
Updating 1x a month talent stats within our public facing talent decks and websites and pro-active pitch decks
Consuming relevant content pertaining to our clients
Scout for potential clients in similar or growing verticals
Drafting and building one-sheets for clients and special access clients
Updating and gathering client demographics, analytics, and stats
Curating select client content for a weekly roundup on social media
Coordinating logistics and/or travel/accommodations for client and manager events including video shoots, paid appearances, general meetings, etc.
Managing multiple talent manager schedules for daily meetings, client/brand calls, and other calendar-based obligations.
Assist Addition talent on deliverables for their own passion projects, events and experiential projects like Vlog University
Sit in on meetings and providing notes
Create up-to-date pop culture content calendar from legacy documents
Researching relevant topics and drafting one-sheets and pitch decks for projects in development
1x a week vetting third party platforms like Aspire IQ, Tap Influence, Fohr, etc. for potential brand opportunities for all talent and special access brand clients (APA talent).
Requirements:
Working towards college degree (Juniors/Seniors preferred as position can lead to entry level position in future) as this is a non-paid internship.
Reside in Los Angeles area.
Active on all social media and video platforms and applications (apps).
General knowledge of top creators/influencers on each of the social media and video platforms and apps.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
Have a functioning automobile (any mileage for work related errands will be reimbursed) and office parking is paid by company
